Build your production schedule

Replace the Excel hell. Multi-day, multi-venue, hour-by-hour. Crew columns track MX (Mechanists), LX (Lighting), SX (Sound), WDR (Wardrobe), WHAM (Wigs/Hair/Makeup), RIG (Rigging), Venue (Venue Tech).

Crew Tally β€” by Department

Auto-derived from your schedule rows. Each row's crew counts Γ— duration becomes a crew-call entry. Roster names against these slots when you book crew.

Crew List

Your roster of available crew. Add individuals (casual or contractor/invoicing) or a company (e.g. a supplier) with multiple representatives. The include in budget toggle is set here, once, per person β€” switch it off when someone's cost is already covered by an equipment quote, so their hours aren't double-counted.

Crew Assignments

Map real people from your Crew List onto the per-department requirements pulled from the Schedule. Each day shows "need N" per department (the peak count called that day) with that many slots to fill. Assignments default to the whole day; narrow a slot to a short call where someone is only on for part of the day.

Budget

Per-hour rates Γ— scheduled crew-hours = labour cost forecast. Edit the rates to match your award / EBA / contractor agreements.

Set hourly rates in AUD

Per-department $/hour β€” used across the Tally and Budget calculations. These are your global defaults β€” to set an individual rate, edit it in the Crew List ($/hr override).

Sign-on QR β€” for this show

Print this poster and put it at the stage door / bio box. Crew and day visitors scan it on their phone to sign on to this show's risk assessment and toolbox talk. The QR is scoped to the active show β€” every show has its own.
